So, Mommy and Daddy and I drove about 6 hours down the coast of North Carolina and met up with a bunch of their friends at this huge beach house over MLK weekend, and I got to meet all kinds of new friends. Here is a picture of me and Mommy (one of the few pictures we actually have together). At the beachhouse, I got to play all weekend with Shannon, Keagan and Pierce, and Mommy and Daddy got to play all weekend with their friends too!! They drank a lot of wine and beer and watched a lot of football (NFL playoffs), and I don't think Mommy was too happy with Uncle Todd one morning after he made her too many chocolate martinis - bad hangover she said. But Daddy was happy with her because she won money for us in the big poker game - apparently she plays better when she's had a few toddies - whatever those are. Anyway, all the parents kept trying to take pictures of all four of us together. The one outside in the 30 degree weather wasn't going so well as you can see below, so they tried again on the couch inside the beachhouse and did a little bit better. I just liked hanging out with my new Atlanta friends and can't wait to see them all again.....especially once I can run after them instead of just hanging out and watching them get into all the action (I'm the youngest one you see and the only one who isn't walking around yet). All around it was a great weekend and the roadtrip wasn't too bad - I only got really antsy a couple of times, so Mommy sat in the backseat with me. :-)
